Solution Architect (Archimate) (Aerospace)

Location: Remote from Poland, with occasional business trips abroad and visits to the Katowice office; EU citizenship required.

Salary: UoP 18,000–22,000 PLN gross/month; B2B 135–180/190 PLN net/hour.

What you will do

• Design secure, coherent functional and technical architectures for IT transformation projects.
• Define architecture building blocks, patterns, integration principles, and enterprise cloud integrations.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, security, infrastructure, data, and performance standards.
• Document architectural decisions, recommendations, deliverables, risks, assumptions, and decisions.
• Facilitate functional and technical workshops and coordinate business, IT, security, infrastructure, data, and development teams.
• Lead or participate in application audits and architecture governance activities, including committees, reviews, and steering committees.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience, especially in complex IT transformation projects.
• Strong end-to-end functional and technical architecture design experience, including multi-system architecture, integrations, patterns, and APIs.
• Regular experience writing architecture documentation and facilitating workshops.
• Experience collaborating with security, infrastructure, business, data, and development teams, and participating in technical or performance audits.
• Cloud architecture fundamentals and enterprise integration knowledge across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of IT/OT security standards, IAM, compliance, and data classification.
• Understanding of data architecture practices, including data flows, data modeling, and data quality.
• Architecture modeling using Archimate; knowledge of TOGAF architecture best practices and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
• Natural leadership and advisory skills, excellent communication, ability to simplify complex topics, analytical thinking, synthesis, problem-solving, organization, and time management.
• EU citizenship and fluent English at B2/C1 level.
• Openness to occasional business trips abroad and visits to the Katowice office.

Nice to have

• Certifications in TOGAF, SAFe, Archimate, Cloud Architect for Azure/AWS/GCP, or ITIL.
• French language skills at any level.
