Senior Financial Systems & Reporting Analyst (SAP Analytics Cloud)

Location: Gdynia, Poland; hybrid work with presence in the Gdynia office 3 days a week.

hirify.global is expanding its global technology organization and modernizing its financial planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities.

What you will do

• Serve as a functional expert for SAP Analytics Cloud planning, reporting, analytics, models, stories, and planning applications.
• Administer user access, roles, security, data loads, application support, and issue resolution in collaboration with Finance and IT.
• Govern financial master data, reporting dimensions, mappings, cost centers, hierarchies, reconciliations, and data-quality controls.
• Support annual planning, forecasts, long-range planning, monthly reporting, financial modeling, and executive-level analysis.
• Conduct functional testing, user-acceptance testing, change governance, documentation, and controlled implementation of enhancements.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities, including Microsoft Copilot, SAP-enabled AI, workflow automation, and advanced analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, controlling, economics, mathematics, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in financial reporting, FP&A, controlling, financial systems, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, including planning, reporting, model maintenance, testing, administration, or end-user support.
• Working knowledge of SAP financial data and reporting structures, financial hierarchies, master data, and data-quality controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills covering complex formulas, pivot tables, large-data-set analysis, validation, reconciliation, and financial modeling.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to work with a US-based manager and global stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAC planning models, stories, data actions, allocations, workflows, security, or integration processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL, Python, Power Automate, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, SAP Business AI, or other generative-AI tools used in finance.
• Experience with documentation, training materials, user support, internal controls, change management, or financial-system governance.
• Experience in a global technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, or other complex operating environment.
