Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Homebased in the UK. The role requires permission to work in the UK by the start of employment.

Salary: £83,500+ depending on experience.

What you will do

• Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap for the methodology, compliance and advisory portfolio.
• Manage products throughout their lifecycle, from concept and launch through ongoing optimisation.
• Use customer insight, market trends and regulatory developments to shape product direction.
• Explore AI, automation and emerging technologies that can improve customer value and experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts and technology partners to develop product solutions.
• Monitor performance and support pricing, proposition development, growth, engagement, retention and go-to-market activity.

Requirements

• Professional accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ICAS or equivalent, with audit experience.
• Experience managing or developing methodology, compliance, advisory, technical support or information-based products.
• Knowledge of SaaS products and subscription-based business models.
• Experience creating roadmaps, prioritising initiatives and managing competing demands.
• Ability to translate customer needs and regulatory requirements into practical product solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, commercial awareness and customer focus.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience using customer insight, market research or product analytics in product decisions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
