Binance Accelerator Program - LLM Model Training & Data Processing (AI)

Location: Singapore. Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Assist with training, fine-tuning, and evaluating large language models using public and internal datasets.
• Support AI agent development, including prompt engineering, memory modules, planning strategies, and external tool integration.
• Design and manage data annotation pipelines covering schemas, labeling guidelines, and quality control.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to improve model performance, scalability, and robustness.
• Run experiments, analyze data, document methodologies, and evaluate new tools and frameworks for LLM systems.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
• Experience or interest in prompt engineering, fine-tuning methods such as LoRA and QLoRA, and model evaluation.
• Basic knowledge of data annotation workflows and labeling tools.
• Fluent English required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with transformer models and LLMs such as LLaMA or Qwen.
• PhD in a related discipline.
• Additional language skills.
