What you will do

• Manage data annotation, collection, processing, and analysis workflows for AI training projects.
• Establish KPIs and monitor operational performance and workflow metrics.
• Analyze datasets and recommend improvements to operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals.
• Develop reports, maintain data integrity, and ensure data quality standards.
• Identify and proactively resolve operational challenges.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis, data annotation, or workflow optimization.
• Understanding of operational processes and efficiency improvement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality management.

Nice to have

• Background in engineering, technical operations, or human data projects.
• Familiarity with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or SQL.
• Project or internship experience in data management, AI/ML, or process optimization.
