Associate Director, Social, UK

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid role with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a campaign delivery group comprising Senior Campaign Managers, Campaign Managers, and Executives.
• Oversee the successful, efficient, and profitable delivery of the group’s social and influencer campaign portfolio.
• Provide strategic and commercial oversight for client retention, account growth, proposals, pitches, deliverables, and complex influencer contracts.
• Act as the senior escalation point for executional challenges and major content quality issues.
• Approve post-campaign analyses and ensure internal platforms such as CreatorIQ are used effectively.
• Improve campaign processes, team efficiency, training, performance, and leadership development.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in campaign delivery, social media, influencer marketing, or a related media and advertising function.
• Experience managing teams, performance, career progression, targets, and underperformance.
• Strong commercial judgment, including responsibility for revenue, profitability, client retention, and growth.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex campaign and content-quality issues and provide senior executional guidance.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with regular office attendance in London.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
