Digital Marketing Manager (Music)

What you will do

• Create digital strategies and content plans that grow loyalty, advocacy, and new audiences for artists.
• Plan and execute creative digital campaigns, media plans, partner opportunities, and influencer marketing across platforms.
• Develop short-form video and social content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and other artist channels.
• Collaborate with artists, managers, marketing teams, agencies, CRM teams, and internal Sony teams.
• Grow domestic and international audiences, optimize artist-owned platforms, and track subscriber engagement.
• Use reporting, market analysis, and campaign insights to meet KPIs and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong experience in a frontline label or a major-label digital-adjacent role.
• Knowledge of the UK recorded music market, social content, creator marketing, and viral trends.
• Current understanding of TikTok, memes, emerging platforms, internet culture, and digital technology.
• Ability to use data to inform strategy while applying creative problem solving and innovation.
• Strong project management, communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for RCA’s domestic and international artist roster.
