Head of Financial Infrastructure Expansion (Digital Assets)

What you will do

• Identify strategic opportunities with banks, financial institutions, fintechs, payment companies, telcos, retailers, enterprises, institutions, and governments.
• Design tailored solutions combining stablecoins, wallets, tokenization, payments, and other hirify.global products.
• Originate, structure, negotiate, and close high-value strategic partnerships and deployments.
• Coordinate customers, external implementation partners, and internal product, technical, commercial, legal, and regulatory teams.
• Own strategic projects from initial engagement through execution, scaling, and KPI-based post-implementation monitoring.
• Define priority markets and use cases, build the global opportunity pipeline, and lead the Financial Infrastructure Expansion team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in banking, payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or technology business development.
• Strong understanding of payments, digital assets, wallets, tokenization, settlement, and financial infrastructure.
• Experience translating complex customer needs into multi-product solutions.
• Proven ability to originate, structure, and close large strategic partnerships.
• Strong relationships with senior decision-makers across financial and technology organizations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and team leadership skills.
