Head of Financial Infrastructure Expansion (Digital Assets)

What you will do

• Identify strategic opportunities with banks, financial institutions, fintechs, payment companies, telcos, retailers, enterprises, and governments.
• Design tailored multi-product solutions using stablecoins, wallets, tokenization, payments, and related capabilities.
• Originate, structure, negotiate, and close high-value strategic partnerships and deployments.
• Coordinate customers, external implementation partners, and internal product, business, technical, commercial, legal, and regulatory teams.
• Own strategic projects from initial engagement through execution, scaling, and post-implementation KPI monitoring.
• Define priority markets and use cases, build the global opportunity pipeline, and lead the Financial Infrastructure Expansion team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in banking, payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or technology business development.
• Strong understanding of payments, digital assets, wallets, tokenization, settlement, and financial infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success translating complex customer needs into multi-product solutions and closing large strategic partnerships.
• Established relationships with senior decision-makers across financial institutions, fintechs, telcos, and large enterprises.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
