Senior HCM Consultant (UKG)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end cloud HCM implementation workstreams from project initiation through go-live, adoption, and post-implementation support.
• Configure system structures, workflows, data fields, and analytical dashboards for complex organizational requirements.
• Serve as the primary client contact for complex issues, resolving conflicts and translating technical obstacles into strategic guidance.
• Manage requirements and project scope while aligning system capabilities with organizational operations.
• Share configuration knowledge with colleagues and contribute to internal practice development and delivery quality.

Requirements

• Prior functional experience configuring UKG products, specifically UKG Ready / Kronos Workforce Ready, is required.
• Hands-on familiarity with Workforce Go! or adaptable experience with foundational UKG configurations.
• Experience contributing to multiple completed software implementations through successful go-live in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Basic understanding of financial management or ERP architectures, such as Sage Intacct or Acumatica, particularly payroll-to-general-ledger data flows.
• Strong interpersonal communication, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and independent judgment skills.

• Hands-on Workforce Go! experience.
• Exposure to Sage Intacct or Acumatica frameworks.
