Manufacturing Engineer (Robotics)

What you will do

• Monitor manufacturing KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and improve productivity, process efficiency, quality, and resource utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodologies and operational excellence practices.
• Support production teams with technical problem solving, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Analyze process deviations, equipment performance, and manufacturing losses.
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams to optimize processes and equipment reliability.
• Support production ramp-ups, validate manufacturing performance targets, and promote process standardization and stability.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent technical background.
• 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or a similar role.
• Experience with New Product Introduction, production ramp-up, manufacturing performance optimization, and process validation.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, OEE, throughput analysis, capacity management, root cause analysis, and industrial KPI management.
• Familiarity with SPC, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, SMED, 5S, Standard Work, ERP, MES, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a production environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, robotics, aerospace, or other advanced or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting capacity growth and operational excellence initiatives.
