Senior Application Engineer, Business Unit Mounts (AVS/NVH)

What you will do

• Acquire target projects with Sales and deliver technical presentations to customers.
• Manage global, high-complexity projects according to Vibracoustic procedures, including APQP and VC ProMap.
• Manage RFQs independently across all internal and external activities.
• Take responsibility for project quality, cost, timing, and profitability from RFQ through EOP.
• Build relationships with customer Engineering and technical functions to support satisfaction and long-term growth.
• Coordinate project communication, reviews, status reporting, and management summaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or another technical discipline.
• Professional experience in project management and application engineering, including successful project delivery.
• Analytical thinking, assertiveness, conflict-management skills, and strong communication and presentation abilities across cultures.
• Fluent English and the local language are required.
• Team-oriented mindset, willingness to develop, and a good overview of the Vibracoustic organization.

• AVS/NVH product knowledge.
