Regional Quality Leader

Location: On-site in Shenzhen Baoan, Guangdong, China. Other locations: Minhang, Shanghai; Binhai, Tianjin.

What you will do

• Deploy global quality strategies, initiatives, procedures, and standards across regional operations and product lines.
• Lead regional quality improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous-improvement activities.
• Develop internal auditing, corrective and preventive action, metrics, and quality assurance systems.
• Improve Cost of Quality, customer satisfaction, DPPM, scorecards, complaint resolution, and corrective actions.
• Lead and develop the regional Quality team and maintain Reliability, Quality Engineering, Inspection, ISO, and staffing support.
• Provide quality expertise, training, and customer support during assessments, problem resolution, and improvement activities.

Requirements

• Excellent experience implementing management system standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18000, TS-16949, or AS 9100.
• Fluent English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, project management, team facilitation, and customer relationship skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years leading quality systems implementation and improvement, 3 years in management, and 5 years of related Design, Quality, or Manufacturing experience.
• Strong data-driven approach and attention to detail.

• 8-D expertise.
• Lean Kaizen leadership experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.
