Engineer, Refrigeration System (HVAC)

Location: Taicang, Jiangsu, China; on-site five days per week

What you will do

• Prepare engineering plans, designs, calculations, cost estimates, technical documentation, and bills of materials.
• Execute detailed, routine, and customized engineering work for customer-ordered projects.
• Complete research and development assignments, including technical calculations and basic physical or simulation testing.
• Collect, process, and analyze engineering data.
• Support senior engineers on complex projects while managing assigned engineering tasks.
• Communicate technical information with product management, manufacturing, sales, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Four-year university degree in engineering with broad theoretical knowledge.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; promising fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to work under direct supervision and follow established engineering procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for exchanging technical information with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical skills for routine data processing, analysis, and basic engineering calculations.
• Ability to work on-site in Taicang, Jiangsu, China five days per week.
