Staff Product Manager – Digital Assets

What you will do

• Own stablecoin-funded physical and virtual card products, from product definition through compliance approval and launch.
• Extend the multi-currency wallet to support holding, converting, and sending stablecoins alongside fiat currencies.
• Design and ship fiat-to-digital and digital-to-fiat on/off-ramp flows, including rates, settlement timing, and failure handling.
• Drive stablecoin-based cross-border pay-in, payout, and settlement flows on digital rails.
• Evaluate and integrate custodians, exchanges, blockchain infrastructure, and card networks with clear timelines and SLAs.
• Build digital-asset compliance requirements into product specifications, launch sequencing, and go/no-go decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech, crypto infrastructure, or payments.
• Production experience shipping at least one digital-asset product, such as a stablecoin wallet, crypto card, on/off-ramp, or digital settlement rail.
• Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, FX, wallets, and settlement mechanics.
• Practical regulatory fluency covering MiCA, travel rule, VASP registration, and FinCEN MSB requirements.
• Experience working with custodians, blockchain infrastructure, or card networks and translating integration needs into buildable requirements.
• Ability to operate in high-ambiguity, high-compliance environments and coordinate legal sign-off with engineering delivery.
