Product Director / Manager, Trading API (Crypto)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain core API trading products.
• Gather business requirements and API feedback from institutional customers and internal stakeholders.
• Create product iteration plans based on competitive research, industry trends, and company needs.
• Use data analytics to understand client behavior and generate actionable insights.
• Build relationships with customers and strategic partners and incorporate their feedback into product enhancements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management or engineering, preferably with trading or technology platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance.
• Strong interest in blockchain and finance, with a logical, data-driven, proactive, and self-directed approach.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Current right to work in Singapore is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Conversational Mandarin for cross-functional communication with non-English-speaking engineers.
• Experience in crypto, blockchain, fintech, financial markets, or business building.
• Experience trading stocks, funds, forex, futures, or options.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis.
