Sr Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, based from the Madrid office, Spain; travel is required.

What you will do

• Support the sales organization with technical expertise and position hirify.global solutions around customer business needs.
• Design complex systems engineering configurations and create customer documentation for proofs of concept.
• Act as a trusted technical adviser by understanding customer challenges and presenting technical and business value propositions.
• Develop customer and partner presentations, provide consultative support, and enable channel partners through training and technical guidance.
• Partner with product development, engineering, technical support, account executives, and channel management on strategic opportunities and escalations.
• Maintain knowledge of hirify.global products, competitors, industry trends, and relevant sales and solutions-engineering tools.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in cloud, security, application delivery, network infrastructure, DevOps, SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments.
• Significant pre-sales or systems engineering experience, with strong presentation, communication, and account-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of hirify.global technologies, solutions, and products, or relevant competitor offerings.
• Experience with AI infrastructure or AI security is highly preferred.
• Fluent English with strong written and oral communication skills; a BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from the Madrid office and travel as required.
