Senior Social Engineering Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Madrid, Spain. Flexible hybrid work model with days worked from home and from the hirify.global MAD office.

What you will do

• Manage the governance, plannhirify.global, execution, and continuous improvement of global and targeted social engineerhirify.global simulation programmes.
• Own phishhirify.global simulation campaigns from scenario development and targethirify.global through technical preparation, quality assurance, schedulhirify.global, incident handlhirify.global, and reporthirify.global.
• Translate threat intelligence and observed attack patterns into safe simulations across email and additional channels such as telephone, messaghirify.global, QR codes, collaboration tools, and physical approaches.
• Operate and improve simulation platforms, sendhirify.global domains, landhirify.global pages, reporthirify.global mechanisms, targethirify.global processes, and data integrations.
• Define behavioural resilience metrics, analyse trends across countries and business units, and develop dashboards and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with privacy, legal, compliance, human resources, communications, technology, and local CISO organisations to improve resilience without creathirify.global a culture of blame.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, phishhirify.global simulation, social engineerhirify.global testhirify.global, security awareness, threat-led testhirify.global, or a comparable field.
• Hands-on experience managhirify.global phishhirify.global simulation campaigns at scale with enterprise phishhirify.global simulation or human-risk management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of social engineerhirify.global techniques and email technologies, includhirify.global sender authentication, mail routhirify.global, secure email gateways, URL protection, browser controls, and reporthirify.global mechanisms.
• Experience translathirify.global threat intelligence into realistic scenarios and analyshirify.global campaign data to produce risk insights and recommendations.
• Strong programme management, stakeholder engagement, ownership, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English is required.
