Cyber Security Architect (Aerospace)

Airbus Cybersecurity provides cybersecurity products, engineering, concepts, and services for internal and external Airbus customers, protecting critical infrastructures and defence and aerospace systems.

What you will do

• Define and govern secure product architectures across air and ground segments throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage security requirements at multiple levels using DOORS and model security architectures with Cameo.
• Prepare architecture, cryptographic, review, and security risk assessment documentation.
• Execute security risk assessments, including threat and vulnerability analysis, and propose mitigation measures.
• Evaluate implemented security requirements and support systems designers, suppliers, authorities, and customers.
• Manage compliance, assessment, certification, and accreditation processes under Common Criteria, ITSEC, and relevant aerospace regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in information security or aircraft systems.
• English at C1 level is required for technical and business communication.
• Ability to obtain and maintain National and NATO Security Clearance.
• Hands-on experience with security risk assessment, network and operating-system hardening, vulnerability monitoring, and technical documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of Common Criteria, ITSEC, or airworthiness regulations such as DO-326A/ED-202A.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of TRANSEC/COMSEC.
• Knowledge of the CIS accreditation process.
• Knowledge of NATO standards.
