Operational Specialist (Automotive Logistics)

Location: On-site at a hirify.global World location in the Madrid region, Spain; the role includes partly outdoor work at the depot.

What you will do

• Manage the correct intake, processing, and administrative handling of vehicles.
• Coordinate and support depot logistics, including vehicle shunting.
• Prepare deliveries and ensure vehicles are ready for customers.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, transport companies, workshops, and internal teams.
• Monitor operations and keep the overall process running smoothly and efficiently.
• Contribute to process optimization and an efficient, professional on-site customer experience.

Requirements

• Take initiative, work in a structured manner, and handle tasks independently.
• Switch easily between different tasks while maintaining an overview.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with various stakeholders.
• Be flexible and solution-oriented.
• Have a good command of Spanish and English.
