Operations Manager (Gaming)

Location: Onsite in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $90,000–$95,000 per year, plus a performance-based incentive program

hirify.global is an online gaming software supplier, and PT Services (Delaware) LLC represents the hirify.global Live product and its live gaming studios.

What you will do

• Supervise onsite Operations employees, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve service quality and meet operational targets.
• Review existing procedures and create new protocols aligned with global hirify.global Live standards.
• Ensure product availability, user experience, and service delivery for licensees.
• Plan and approve departmental budgets and resource allocation.
• Partner with HR on recruitment, capacity planning, training, onboarding, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the gaming or casino industry.
• 5+ years of direct employee-management experience within the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
