Marketing Operations Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Yerevan, Armenia

What you will do

• Review, scope, approve, and schedule incoming creative briefs and marketing initiatives.
• Allocate designers, writers, and multimedia creators based on capacity and skills.
• Track delivery progress, identify bottlenecks, coordinate reviews, and resolve competing priorities.
• Build rapid-response workflows for breaking economic news, market volatility, and other time-sensitive campaigns.
• Coordinate localization, translation, cultural adaptation, A/B testing, and multi-channel launches.
• Forecast team capacity, manage project tools such as Jira, coordinate vendors, and report operational metrics to leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in fast-paced digital, performance, or advertising agencies.
• Experience managing pipelines for performance marketing, content marketing, affiliates, IBs, CRM, websites, and app stores.
• Experience coordinating video production and motion graphics for YouTube ads, market analysis updates, and educational webinars.
• Experience managing translation workflows and asset adaptation across multiple regions, languages, and cultural contexts.
• Experience forecasting capacity, managing freelance budgets, and coordinating external production support.
• Experience using project and creative asset management solutions such as Jira and DAM systems, with compliance checkpoints embedded into production workflows.
