Senior Growth Manager - CIS (Crypto)

Location: Remote-first, limited to Armenia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan

What you will do

• Own market marketing strategy, annual planning, and go-to-market direction.
• Drive registrations, FTT, MAU, trading activity, revenue growth, and other business KPIs.
• Allocate and prioritize the marketing budget based on business impact.
• Identify high-impact growth opportunities and lead cross-functional planning across Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid, and regional teams.
• Mentor and coordinate the local marketing team.
• Represent the market in regional planning and business discussions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Commercial Marketing.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with experience owning business KPIs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Leadership potential and the ability to grow into a Market Lead role.
• Native Russian and strong English communication skills.
• Crypto, fintech, or technology experience is advantageous.
