Operations Manager (iGaming)

Location: Onsite at Caucasus Complex, 122 Gevorg Chaush St., near Yerevan, Armenia. Working hours are fixed: 09:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00.

What you will do

• Lead strategic projects initiated by the CEO from planning through delivery.
• Track milestones, allocate resources, and coordinate deliverables across departments.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Connect business units and facilitate alignment with executive strategy.
• Analyze operational metrics, KPIs, gaming analytics, and financial data.
• Prepare financial models, executive reports, briefing materials, agendas, and data visualizations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of direct experience in the iGaming industry.
• Background in mathematics, statistics, data analytics, or financial modeling.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and tracking deliverables across teams.
• Hands-on experience with modern project management and productivity software.
• Fluent written and verbal Armenian and English with executive-level communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
