What you will do
- Conduct due diligence on prospective issuers, companies, vendors, partners, and counterparties.
- Perform fundamental analysis and build commercial and financial models for product structures, pricing, allocations, deal economics, and profitability.
- Research competitors, products, platforms, and market participants across the equity capital markets landscape.
- Prepare committee memos, decision documents, and management presentations with concise recommendations.
- Track equity capital markets developments, offerings, risks, and opportunities.
- Own transaction and product workstreams from research through execution.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in equity capital markets or investment banking.
- Strong understanding of public and private capital raises, including IPOs and follow-on offerings.
- Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare institutional-quality memos and presentations.
- Self-starter mindset, sound commercial judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadline pressure.
- Familiarity with digital assets or tokenization, or a clear willingness to develop expertise in bringing equity capital markets on-chain.
