Senior Associate, Internal Communications, International

hirify.global builds technology for local commerce and delivery, operating as part of the global DoorDash organization alongside Deliveroo and hirify.global.

What you will do

• Act as the internal communications point of contact for Deliveroo and hirify.global country teams and regional communications managers across EMEA.
• Build and maintain a community of internal communicators, sharing best practices, editorial guidance, and international communications standards.
• Support crisis, issues, and change management communications in partnership with senior communications and people teams.
• Create content for company-wide events, including all-hands meetings.
• Lead analytics and measurement for international internal communications events in collaboration with the digital channels team.
• Partner with stakeholders across the global international business.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of communications experience.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across countries and brands.
• Ability to build and sustain a network of communicators.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environments.
• Ability to translate complex or evolving information into clear communications for employees.
• Comfort supporting crisis, issues, and change communications, with confidence using data to generate engagement insights.
