Senior Vice President, Health & Wellness

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Tampa or Miami office, Florida

What you will do

• Lead senior client relationships and provide strategic communications counsel.
• Own a portfolio of health and wellness accounts across B2B, healthcare professional, and consumer audiences.
• Develop integrated programs spanning earned media, brand storytelling, digital, social, influencer channels, and crisis communications.
• Direct account management, budgets, financial performance, communications plans, presentations, and client satisfaction.
• Lead new business initiatives, pitches, thought leadership, and revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate PR professionals while setting quality standards across client teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of public relations and communications experience, including at least six years in a PR agency setting.
• Deep knowledge of the health and wellness category and regulated industries, including relevant media, reporters, outlets, and influencers.
• Exceptional writing skills and experience creating PR programs, strategic plans, and client-facing materials.
• Proven success delivering communications programs that meet or exceed targets.
• Experience managing client relationships, developing new business, and leading PR teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Event and conference experience, including live and virtual activations.
