Transformation Principal (Network Operations)

What you will do

• Lead and manage complex transformation programs in the Network Operations domain.
• Engage customer teams to understand needs and develop tailored transformation strategies.
• Collaborate with domain experts, use case designers, and developers to create end-to-end Managed Operations Transformation programs.
• Drive automation and analytics initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce risks.
• Ensure timely and profitable project delivery while providing progress updates and managing risks.
• Guide cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement of transformation methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Network Operations or a similar domain.
• Proven experience leading and managing large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Network Operations trends and best practices.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
