Implementation Manager ANZ (Fintech)

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end payment solution implementations for merchants using the Worldpay suite of payment services.
• Understand merchant requirements, design and configure accounts, and provide technical integration guidance.
• Define project scope, manage implementation plans through completion, and monitor solutions after launch.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, track risks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Provide troubleshooting support, investigate incidents, and perform post-live technical assistance.
• Plan and deliver customer demonstrations and product training.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing projects and delivering customer technical integrations.
• Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
• Proficiency in at least one of PHP, .NET, Java, C, or C++.
• Knowledge of Oracle or SQL databases and experience using Splunk for server log analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, geographies, and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android operating systems.
• Awareness of security, web and browser technologies, mobile technologies, and trends in payment processing.
