Staff Quality Engineer (Hardware)

What you will do

• Own escalated product quality issues from tracking through resolution.
• Gather and analyze performance and failure data to investigate root causes and identify failure mechanisms.
• Prioritize and triage quality issues based on criticality, frequency, and business impact.
• Define preventive quality measures, including design guidelines, validation plans, and process controls.
• Coordinate quality investigations between R&D, Aftersales, and Manufacturing teams for Sealminer products.
• Maintain a knowledge base of failure modes, lessons learned, and best practices while providing clear stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a similar technical role.
• Experience with hardware and electronics is preferred; semiconductor manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Strong ability to gather and analyze technical data for Root Cause Analysis and Corrective and Preventive Actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex technical findings to cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, solution-oriented problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple investigations under pressure.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
