QA Specialist (Articulate 360)

Location: Hybrid required in Richmond, VA or McLean, VA; remote work is not available.

Pay rate: $38–40/hour on W2 only; C2C is not accepted.

What you will do

• Execute functional and content QA checklists for newly developed digital learning products.
• Test and troubleshoot SCORM/xAPI eLearning courses within a Learning Management System.
• Stress-test courses to identify navigation bugs, scoring errors, tracking issues, and edge cases.
• Review technical and structural integrity to ensure intuitive, accessible, and stable learning experiences.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback on defects and content quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, copy editing, or instructional design.
• At least 1 year of experience testing and troubleshooting SCORM/xAPI eLearning within an LMS.
• At least 1 year of experience with Articulate 360 authoring tools, including Storyline and Rise.
• Ability to work in the required hybrid setting in Richmond or McLean, Virginia.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of QA experience for digital learning experiences.
• Experience using comprehensive functional and content QA checklists.
• Experience reviewing instructor-led training decks, facilitator guides, and video content.
• Familiarity with eLearning accessibility testing, including screen readers and keyboard navigation.
