UAT Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote - United States

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and product owners to define user requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design and execute test cases for dashboards, APIs, and mobile SDKs.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, automation, API, and user acceptance testing.
• Document, track, and investigate defects, including root cause analysis and collaboration with developers.
• Maintain test plans, scripts, results, and quality assurance documentation.
• Support release management and troubleshoot deployment issues in AWS and GCP environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in user acceptance or functional testing within banking or fintech.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products or banking infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, REST, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with SQL, including joins and queries across multiple tables.
• Experience with Postman, structured test plans, and step-by-step manual test scripts.
• Ability to write evaluations for AI products and communicate technical findings clearly in high-pressure situations.

Nice to have

• Testing experience with systems used by banks or government organizations.
