AI Product Manager

Location: New York, with travel between the New York and London offices approximately once every one to two months

Salary: $160K–$200K annually, plus meaningful equity ownership

A well-funded Series A company developing an AI product for mental health, with expertise across machine learning, product, engineering, conversational design, clinical, growth, and operations.

What you will do

• Work directly with payers, provider groups, and other partners to understand workflows and identify problems the product can solve.
• Build prototypes, manual workflows, and small product changes to test ideas quickly and iterate based on feedback.
• Define and deliver integrations between the product and partner systems in collaboration with engineering.
• Translate compliance, privacy, security, and clinical requirements into product decisions, documentation, and operational processes.
• Own partner projects through launch, adoption, market readiness, and blocker resolution.
• Define success measures, data collection, and reporting for adoption, engagement, and health outcomes.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in product, consulting, business operations, or a related area.
• Product experience and experience building something from the ground up at a startup.
• Ability to work directly with customers, structure ambiguous problems, and make decisions using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in detail on integrations, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Ability to interview users, sketch flows, build prototypes, analyze funnels, and drive launches independently.
• Strong personal interest in improving access to mental-health support.
