Associate Consultant (Employee Health & Benefits)

hirify.global Agency provides business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions through a network of offices across North America.

What you will do

• Coordinate, develop, and execute client project plans and presentations.
• Support RFP, renewal, implementation, open enrollment, and post-implementation processes.
• Analyze benchmark survey data, validate plan information, and review plan design accuracy.
• Coordinate renewal data, census information, Schedule A requests, and ERISA Wrap documents.
• Build vendor relationships and coordinate billing, claims, and insurance coverage issues.
• Respond to client inquiries and prepare research and communications for employees and clients.

Requirements

• Prior experience with employee benefits and multiple insurance coverage lines, including medical, dental, life, STD, and LTD.
• Knowledge of health and welfare compliance, including HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, Form 5500, ACA, and DOL requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to different professional audiences.
• Life and Health Licensure, or commitment to obtain it within six months of starting.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams, management, clients, prospects, and vendors.
