Management Consulting Associate, Revenue Growth & Operations (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Support consulting projects for pharmaceutical and biotech clients focused on drug pricing, discounts, rebates, and Gross-to-Net analysis.
• Assist with government pricing, contract analysis, compliance reviews, and Fair Market Value engagements.
• Build pricing models and analyses for Average Manufacturer Price, Best Price, and Average Sales Price.
• Help clients establish and operate pricing programs that meet government and commercial requirements.
• Analyze client data using Excel, data analysis, and financial modeling to identify business insights.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients, including senior client leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Strong critical thinking, business process mapping, data analysis, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, project management, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, handle ambiguity, and maintain attention to detail.
• Must be willing and able to travel 25–50% or more.

Nice to have

• Degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering, supply chain, economics, or a science-related field.
• Consulting presence and ability to communicate with executives.
• Biopharma or life sciences industry experience.
