Marsh Risk Early Career Program, Full-Time 2027 – Brokerage – New York (Insurance Brokerage)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Base salary: $77,000 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives and Brokers to create renewal strategies, marketing plans, and new business opportunities.
• Evaluate insurance quotes and compare coverage options for clients.
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage with underwriters.
• Create benchmarking reports and prepare internal and external renewal strategy documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and global insurance markets.
• Prepare presentations and collaborate with senior colleagues on high-level projects.

Requirements

• Graduation between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Liberal Arts, Finance, Risk Management and Insurance, or another STEM- or Business-related major.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders and building positive professional relationships.
• Permanent, ongoing legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship; applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents with a Green Card.
