Marsh Risk Early Career Program, Summer Intern 2027 – Brokerage – East Market

Location: Hybrid roles based in Atlanta, Boston, Miami, or Washington, DC, with at least three days per week in the office. Applicants must have permanent, ongoing authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

What you will do

• Research industry trends, market developments, and topics supporting client and team discussions.
• Collaborate with brokers and team members on client communication and internal coordination.
• Support projects and assignments while developing knowledge of insurance markets, client service, and risk management.
• Participate in team meetings, client discussions, and learning opportunities related to insurance broking.
• Contribute to special projects and team initiatives during the 10-week internship.

Requirements

• Graduation between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, economics, liberal arts, finance, risk management and insurance, STEM, or another related field.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident Green Card status at the time of application is required.
