Principal - M&A; Acceleration & Integration (M&A)

Location: Hybrid role based at hirify.global's Mountain View, California campus; candidates must live within commuting distance or be open to relocation to the United States. Travel is expected to be less than 10%.

Base pay: $212,000–$287,000 annually, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end integration for complex, high-stakes acquisitions.
• Define integration strategies, develop plans, and coordinate execution across multiple workstreams.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional integration risks and issues.
• Establish success metrics, scorecards, status reports, and executive briefings.
• Partner with deal teams, business units, functional groups, and acquired-company leaders on due diligence, transaction decisions, and value realization.
• Improve M&A integration processes, performance measurement, and team capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• At least 7 years of experience in M&A, strategy, and/or business operations, including at least 3 years of direct M&A integration experience.
• Experience independently leading complex integrations from planning through value realization.
• Strong business acumen, program management, communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and solve complex cross-functional issues.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the Mountain View campus or relocate to the United States.
