Category Analyst (eCommerce)

Location: Plantation, Florida, United States; based at the headquarters. The position may require travel.

Base salary: $68,500–$102,500 per year, with eligibility for 401(k) and equity grants.

What you will do

• Own category performance and maximize product category sales by leading vendor onboarding and expanding product selection.
• Negotiate business terms with vendor partners and develop assortment strategies.
• Lead strategic projects and improve team processes, efficiency, and performance.
• Research, collect, and analyze economic and statistical data, monitor trends, and develop forecasts for the online business.
• Work cross-functionally with supply chain, private label, finance, catalog, and product teams.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or a related analytical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce, buying, account management, product management, category management, consulting, analytics, finance, or marketing.
• Interest or internship experience in a relevant commercial or analytical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Excel and SQL.
• Ability to communicate complex problems and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
