Lead Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote; hirify.globals can work from an office, from home, or a combination of both. Hiring is available in any country where hirify.global has a legal entity.

Salary: $159,858–$208,704 in Zone C, $173,340–$226,305 in Zone B, or $192,600–$251,450 in Zone A, depending on location.

What you will do

• Design AI experiences for Rovo, hirify.global's flagship AI product experience.
• Collaborate across Jira, Confluence, Loom, and other products on applied AI experiences.
• Demonstrate how to design with AI and enable the design organization to use AI effectively.
• Partner with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to create a unified view of AI capabilities.
• Advocate for user experience while working with engineers, product managers, content designers, researchers, marketers, and analysts to ship high-quality products.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience with complex or enterprise-level software.
• Previous experience applying AI to product experiences such as search, AI chat, and agents.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility.
• Strong craft and systems thinking, including integrating work across multiple teams, synthesizing feedback, and facilitating design discussions.
• Experience improving design processes and methodologies to increase product value, team velocity, and adoption of new capabilities.
