is building a vertically integrated digital healthcare platform connecting telehealth, diagnostics, pharmacy, and logistics for millions of patients.
What you will do
- Raise visual, interaction, and pduct design quality acss high-impact patient experiences.
- Define the vision and admap for ’s Design System and drive adoption with Design Engineering.
- Shape how AI-assisted tools such as Claude and Figma Make use ’s patterns and standards.
- Partner with Pduct, Gwth, Marketing, and Engineering on creative concepts that impve patient acquisition and conversion.
- Turn hands-on exploration into reusable patterns and systems acss the organization.
- Mentor Senior and Staff designers while leading ambiguous pblems fm concept thugh implementation.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual, interaction, typography, composition, hierarchy, and storytelling skills.
- 10 years of experience designing and shipping high-impact digital pducts acss web and mobile.
- Experience building, evolving, or driving adoption of design systems at scale.
- Stng systems thinking, hands-on execution, conceptual thinking, and creative-direction skills.
- Experience designing consumer-facing experiences where brand, storytelling, gwth, and conversion matter.
- Principal-level leadership, css-functional influence, critique, and mentorship capabilities.
