Senior Communications Manager, Global Technology & Operations (AI)

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States. The role is onsite, with potential relocation opportunities throughout a management career. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $125,700–$157,100 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop the Global Technology & Operations communications strategy, narrative, messaging frameworks, and content.
• Translate complex technology, AI, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives into clear stories that demonstrate business value.
• Build employee engagement, recognition, culture, talent attraction, and retention communications across the global technology organization.
• Lead communications planning for technology transformations, core platform releases, product releases, town halls, leadership updates, and employee forums.
• Develop the CTO’s executive visibility and thought leadership program, including speeches, articles, social content, briefings, and media opportunities.
• Advise the CTO and leadership team during complex or high-visibility situations, coordinating with Information Security, Corporate Communications, Legal, HR, and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience developing strategic communications plans and translating complex technology initiatives into compelling business narratives.
• Experience advising senior leaders and developing executive visibility, thought leadership, and positioning strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills across speeches, presentations, articles, social content, and executive communications.
• Fluency with digital platforms, analytics, executive social media, and AI-enabled communications tools.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership, technology teams, HR, Corporate Communications, and external partners.
• Strong understanding of technology, AI, digital transformation, and innovation, with the ability to connect initiatives to business value, reputation, and talent outcomes.
