Enterprise AI Enablement Strategy Advancement (AI)

Location: Hybrid; candidates must currently live in or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance from Louisville, KY; Chicago, IL; or New York, NY.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop narratives explaining the Enterprise AI vision, strategy, roadmap, capabilities, and business outcomes.
• Create executive presentations, board-level materials, briefings, digital content, and launch communications.
• Translate AI concepts, including generative AI, machine learning, and data platforms, into clear, audience-specific stories.
• Support AI launches, milestones, adoption initiatives, and enterprise-scale capability rollouts.
• Partner with Enterprise AI, product, engineering, business, change management, HR, and communications stakeholders.
• Advise senior leaders on communicating complex ideas with clarity and influence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic storytelling, executive communications, consulting, product marketing, or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, leadership, communications, or a related field.
• Strong familiarity with AI concepts and their business applications.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and narratives and translating complex technical topics into business-friendly storytelling.
• Exceptional writing, visual storytelling, presentation design, and senior stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience supporting C-suite communications and Enterprise AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation programs at scale.

Nice to have

• Background in management consulting, strategy, or internal strategy teams.
• Experience with enterprise-scale change programs, product launches, platform adoption, or capability scaling.
• Experience with Figma, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, video, multimedia, interactive content, dashboards, or intranet experiences.
• AI, product, or technical certifications.
