Business Manager Quality

What you will do

• Translate the Quality department strategy into actionable plans, measurable objectives, and OKRs.
• Monitor progress, follow up on action items, and support the Quality leadership team in delivering milestones.
• Evaluate organizational structures, identify capability gaps, and develop solutions to strengthen team effectiveness.
• Improve organizational processes, simplify workflows, and contribute to business process automation.
• Support department budget planning, monitoring, cost optimization, and management reporting.
• Prepare presentations, decision papers, working documents, and reports for timely decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Organizational Development.
• Experience planning and driving strategic initiatives from concept through implementation in a global matrix organization.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.
• End-to-end understanding of Quality Management Systems from source to delivery.
• Experience or knowledge in data analysis, budget planning, and financial performance monitoring.
• Fluent English is required; German language skills are an advantage.
