Senior Cost Manager MEP

What you will do

• Analyze cost reports and prepare budgets, detailed cost models, and benchmarking analyses.
• Manage project costs against budget, including cost reviews, value engineering, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor financial close-out, including vendor settlements across projects.
• Oversee commercial change management, change evaluation, and procurement from RFP through project services and product sourcing.
• Lead commercial risk management and review portfolio cash flow and earned value analytics.
• Collaborate with senior management and contribute to project and business strategy.

Requirements

• Extensive cost management experience, ideally in a consultancy working on large and complex projects.
• Understanding of MEP systems and the ability to read services drawings and schematics.
• Degree or comparable qualification in construction, quantity surveying, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Strong ownership, accountability, communication, attention to detail, and quality focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities and deadlines.
• Right to work in Germany required.
