Process Management & Quality Management Intern (Robotics)

Location: Metzingen / Riederich, Germany; on-site

hirify.global is a fast-growing robotics company developing and operating robots across technical and service functions.

What you will do

• Capture existing processes through interviews and workshops with process owners.
• Create and maintain process maps, descriptions, roles, inputs and outputs in the documentation system.
• Identify process gaps and inconsistencies and propose improvements.
• Support the quality management system, including procedures, work instructions, forms, records and document control.
• Support ISO certification preparation through gap analysis, evidence collection, internal audit preparation and action tracking.
• Prepare analyses, benchmarks, reports, presentations and decision papers for Service & Academy strategic projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in industrial engineering, business, engineering, quality management or a comparable field.
• Interest in processes, quality management and structured ways of working.
• Careful, structured and independent working style with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to explain topics clearly in writing and conversation and collaborate with different departments.
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Good language skills in German and English and availability for a minimum of 6 months.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other management system standards.
• Experience with process modelling, such as BPMN, or tools including Visio, Miro or Confluence.
• Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment, ideally robotics or automation.
• Interest in robotics and a hands-on mindset.
