Banking Centre Leader- Secondment

Location: Maidstone, Saskatchewan, Canada; on-site banking centre work with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives delivering high-quality client experiences.
• Hire, coach, develop, and support employees while creating a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Deepen client relationships, identify financial needs, and support clients with securing futures, owning homes, and establishing businesses.
• Monitor banking centre performance, implement action plans, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Manage and minimize operational risk while maximizing market and community opportunities.
• Work flexible banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends when required.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Experience providing coaching and hands-on support to meet team goals.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, accountable, and experienced in people leadership.
• Ability to work across multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
• Strong capabilities in banking operations, financial advising, business development, and performance monitoring.

Nice to have

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner certification.
