Salary: $70,304–$72,000 per year, plus eligible discretionary bonus targets.

What you will do

• Support Treasury Management Sales Consultants and Relationship Managers in acquiring, expanding, and servicing client relationships.
• Participate in client and prospect meetings, providing expertise on cash management products, payments, and connectivity solutions.
• Prepare pricing analyses, proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
• Assist with client onboarding and implementation of payments, online banking, APIs, SFTP, host-to-host connectivity, and ERP integrations.
• Analyze client and portfolio data, maintain CRM records, and identify growth and product-utilization opportunities.
• Resolve client inquiries, conduct market analysis, and contribute to process improvement and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Treasury Management, cash management, commercial banking, payments, client implementations, or a related financial services environment.
• Knowledge of ACH, wires, positive pay, remote deposit capture, online banking, and account analysis.
• Familiarity with APIs, SFTP, host-to-host connectivity, and ERP integrations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, client service, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

• CTP certification or progress toward certification.
