Operations Analyst (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; must be authorized to work in the U.S. Some client travel may be required. The posting header lists New York, NY.

What you will do

• Analyze clinical workflows, staffing models, scheduling practices, workforce utilization, productivity, labor costs, patient volumes, and capacity.
• Build analytical models, dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-ready presentations using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Translate client data, clinical workflows, labor rules, and operational requirements into hirify.global platform configuration.
• Configure staffing templates, scheduling rules, provider availability, room capacity, workflow constraints, and workforce policies.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, and clinical and operational leaders to improve implementations and customer outcomes.
• Validate post-implementation performance and continuously optimize dashboards, models, configurations, and reporting.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, analytics, consulting, healthcare technology, implementation, or a related field.
• Experience with healthcare SaaS, workforce management, scheduling, clinical operations, or healthcare analytics.
• Strong understanding of workforce management, staffing, scheduling, time and attendance, productivity, labor utilization, provider availability, and capacity planning.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling, and scenario analysis; SQL or comparable database-querying experience.
• Experience with data validation, modeling, dashboards, reporting, performance metrics, BI tools, and executive presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical, ambulatory care, or health-system operations.
• Experience with healthcare SaaS implementation or support.
• Familiarity with Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, UKG, Workday, ADP, or similar systems.
• Experience analyzing provider productivity, staffing utilization, schedule performance, capacity, labor cost, or demand.
