Data Measurement & Reporting Senior Advisor (SQL)

Salary: $113,000–$188,300 annually, depending on experience and geographic location; eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead quality assurance for retail network clients’ custom pricing files and ensure accurate, complete, and reliable deliverables.
• Maintain, validate, reconcile, and investigate pricing data across large and complex datasets.
• Write, modify, optimize, and standardize advanced SQL logic for reporting, data analysis, and ad hoc client requests.
• Design and maintain automated processes, controls, and preventative measures that improve data quality, consistency, and turnaround times.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Contracting, Supply Chain, Pricing, and other stakeholders to resolve inquiries.
• Communicate complex data findings clearly to internal and external partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare or managed care, preferably in Rx/PBM operations, with responsibility for data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries from scratch and modifying logic across large-scale datasets.
• Experience working with large datasets using SQL, Teradata, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently validate and QA work.
• Experience in client-facing or stakeholder-facing roles and the ability to explain complex data concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work under tight timelines in a collaborative environment.
